DILLY ZUCCHINI DIP Prep:15 min.+chilling 1 cup finely shredded zucc-squeezed dry 1 cup (4 oz.)shredded sharp cheddar cheese 3/4 cup mayo 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 tsp.lemon juice 1/2 tsp.dill weed 1/4 tsp,pepper Assorted fresh vegetables In a bowl,combine first 7 ingredients. Cover and refridgerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Serve with veggies Yields:2 cups
