WARM HAMíNíCHEESE SPREAD PREP:30 min. BAKE: 15 min. 4 pita breads 1/4 cup olive oil cut ea. pita half Into 8 wedges- brush rough sides with oil place on ungreased cookie sheets Bake 350 Ė10-12 min till golden brown-turn once.Remove to wire rack to cool. 4 cups grounded fully cooked ham 1 cup.(4oz ea.) Shredded Swiss-,American-Cheddar cheeses 1/4 cup mayo 1/2 tsp ground mustard 2 Tblsp. Minced fresh parsely In a large bowl mix-ham-cheeses-mayo-mustard Put in 1-qt baking dish-Bake 350-15-20 min Till edges bubble Sprinkle parsely and extra Swiss cheese on top if you want. Serve with pita wedges.or chips Yield 3-1/2 cups (reduced fat or fat free mayo is not recommended for this recipe)
