6 CUPS FLOUR (I USED BREAD FLOUR) 3 TBSP.SUGAR 2 TSP. SALT 2 PKGS DRY YEAST (I USE 1/2 TSP. PER CUP OF FLOUR(MAKING IT 6---1/2 tspís) 2 CUPS WARM WATER + 1/4 CUP OIL Combine 2 cups flour and sugar salt and yeast blend in the water and oil in your mixer with dough hook as you mix on low keep adding the flour when mixed I put on table and kneaded for 5 min more then I put in grease sprayed largest Tupperware bowl and cover with plastic bag & cloth kitchen towel.set in warm place When double -punch down---divide in to 2 loafs and let rest under bowel for 15 min. while you warm and grease your pans. I have my heating pad on low( if you have a warm window in the sun this will work too. Put in to pans and let rise till double in pan. BAKE 375 DEGREES 45 TO 55 DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN. TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND SOUNDS HOLLOW ON TOP WHEN THUMPED. I brush top with butter.
