12 CLEAN RED CORN COBS WATER TO COVER COBS 1 PKG. SURE JELL 4 CUPS SUGAR. Rinse the cobs--Chop in small pieces(use meat clever) Put in large pot- cover with 4 cups water and boil 15 min. or untill you have 3 cups of red water left-drain and strain water.if your short you can add water to make 3 cups. Add sure-Jell to juice -bring to rolling boil ADD sugar and boil 3 min. until at jelly stage. Pout in to clean hot jelly jars. VERY PRETTY AND TASTE GREAT.
