10 pds. potatoes boil -cool over night -skin-in the morning- and slice.2 doz.eggs bring to rolling boil -turn off cover 10min. try one if its like you want it drain-cover with cold water-drain -when cool peel- put in drain type container- refrigerate in the morning dice thin in with potatoe's 1 lg.onion(thin and diced (divide between bowls)I like the red one. now's the time to salt and pepper and mix till it taste good to you (celery salt is good) Mix:in different bowl's (then add) 2 qts. mayo(1 per big tupperware bowl) 3 T.sweet pickle relish in ea.bowl 2 tsp.mustard (1 per bowl)1 tsp. vinegar.(1/2 per bowl) 1/2 cup powder sugar (1/4 c per bowl) mix it good and fold it into your potato's and eggs and onions cover and refrigerate Best made the day or the night befor needed. keep on ice while traveling and out in the hot weather.
