Unroll your Pie Crust (4 ingredient from scratch recipe is above) and cut into rectangles. Then spoon a little Jam/Jelly/Preserves into the center of a rectangle, and top with ANOTHER rectangle. Pinch the edges together and bake at 425 for 8 minutes. Then top with whatever you like... ever put butter on a pop tart?...it's so FREAKIN' Good.. (anyone getting the reference?... nevermind lol)
