4-5 cups Rhubarb 1 3/4 cup sugar divded pinch of salt 1 cup flour 1tsp baking powder 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup milk 1 T cornstarch 1 cup boiling water spread Rhubarb in 9x 13 glass pan mix 1/2 cup of the sugar- flour- salt- baking powder-butter and milk place over rhubarb mix rest of sugar with cornstarch and pinch of salt sprinkle this over the batter layer pourthe boiling water over all Bake in 375 oven for 1 hour good with whip cream or home made ice cream
